When will I receive my graphics?

Due to the fact that most of the graphics are made to order, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be manufactured and posted out to you. The delivery time will vary from an additional 1-3 working days for the UK and more for international orders.

We do aim to get them out as soon as we can and if we have the items in stock you will receive them earlier.

If you do need them urgently please email prior to ordering and we will try our best to facilitate a shorter timescale.


All items will be sent
recorded delivery for UK orders and Airsure, International Signed For, Fedex for international orders.

You will be emailed through the process.*
1. Confirmed / Processing = We have received the order and have added the order to our schedule.
2. In Production = The order has been added to our production schedule and is planned up ready to cut.
3.
Ready for Dispatch = We have cut the graphics and are waiting for them to be packaged and collected by the Post Office.
3. Shipped = They are on there way to you, where possible you will be emailed the tracking number and website details to check.

Delivery Couriers

Delivery Has Not Arrived
Please allow up to 5 working days for the UK, (usually next working day)  and 15 for international orders from the time of dispatch before informing us that your delivery has not yet arrived. If after the allotted time expires please e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it providing us with your name, order reference number. We will look into this as soon as possible and we will aim to contact you as soon as possible with more information into this matter.

Will you ship internationally?

Yes. Delivery times may vary dependent on the country of shipping.

Can I fit them myself?
Some graphics are more difficult to fit than others. We do recommend that you have them professionally installed. We do have full fitting facilities available.

Fitting instructions are provided with all orders. MINI-Graphics are not responsible for faulty installation by professional installers.

Do the Graphics require any trimming?
Yes. Some trimming will be required to ensure a seamless appearance.

What happens if I want to remove the graphics?
They can be taken off by applying gentle heat such as a hairdryer. The bodywork will then require polishing. MINI-Graphics are not responsible for any damage incurred by removal of graphics.

I would like a colour that is not listed, what can I do?
Other colours of vinyl can be ordered although this may  incur extra costs. (ie Carbon Fibre) - Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.

I want a custom graphic, is this possible?

Do you do work for trade/commercial vehicles?

Do you offer a warranty?
Although the vinyl is rated to last a minimum of 7 years, we do not warranty the graphics.

I have a Sunroof is that an issue when fitting roof graphics?
On most design they can be fitted ontop of the sunroof and then just trimmed around the edge of the sunroof.

Do you offer payment options other than Paypal?
We accept Credit card (SSL secure). Orders will be shipped once the funds have cleared. Please email us for mailing instructions. Additionally we are now PCI compliant.

What is your return policy?
Refunds will only be made in the following situations:
1. The goods are faulty
2. You send notice of cancellation of your order within two working days of receipt of goods and return the item(s) undamaged.
In either case all money will be returned within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given.
If the goods are faulty we must be notified within 5 days. In this situation all postage and packaging costs will be covered by us.
If situation 2 (above) applies the customer must cover all postage and packaging costs and a restocking fee of 15%.
